CIBA began in 2006 as a coalition of private organizations and was officially incorporated in 2013 under Korea's Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism. We discover and train artists across the beauty and creative-arts fields, and contribute to pan-Asian beauty and cultural development through education and industry-development programs for young people, women returning to the workforce, and seniors.
