What is CIBA?
The Creative International Beauty Association (CIBA) launched in 2006 as a private association and was officially incorporated as a nonprofit under Korea's Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism in 2013. We discover and train artists in beauty and creative arts and host the Creative Beauty Fashion Art Fair.
How do I participate in the art fair?
The Creative Beauty Fashion Art Fair is held annually across categories including hair, nail art, makeup/skincare, scalp care, and medical beauty. To apply, select 'Art Fair Participation / Artist Application' on our contact page.
How is judging conducted?
Each competition has a dedicated panel of judges and an organizing committee that evaluate each category. Specific criteria and schedules are announced per event.
How do I become a member?
Anyone active in beauty or creative arts is welcome to inquire. Select 'Membership' on our contact page and our team will guide you.
How can I sponsor or partner financially?
We welcome sponsorship proposals for the art fair and other events. Select 'Sponsorship' on our contact page.
How do I request press coverage or an interview?

Where are your branch offices?
We have 9 domestic branches across Seoul (Gangnam, Yeongdeungpo), Daegu, Ulsan, Incheon, Bucheon, Gangseo, Guro, and Suwon, plus 7 overseas branches in Beijing, Qingdao, Shanghai, Vietnam, Uzbekistan, the Philippines, and Malaysia.
