[Notice] 2023 fair announced for November

CIBA (Chairman Park Mi-jung), authorized by the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism, announced it will hold the 'Creative Beauty-Digital Fair' on November 15 at the World K-pop Center's Mirae Hall.

The association holds an annual competition to build beauty professionals' skills and unity and advance K-beauty. This year's event spans 8 categories — nail art, scalp care, medical skincare, makeup, semi-permanent makeup, lashes, skin, and hair — with 46 sub-items in total.
